Business Hours
Our office is typically open from 9:00am-5:00pm, M-F, though each clinician makes their own schedule. Please refer to the Team Page for additional info regarding scheduling.
Admin Hours
Our office manager, Rebecca, typically works 9:00am-2:00pm, M-F. Messages received outside of this window will be tended to the following business day.
Fees
We are not currently INN (In network) with any insurance companies. Depending upon your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement. Please refer to the Insurance & Billing page for additional info.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if the cancellation is less than 48 hours, and you will be charged to the card on file.
This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you, as we only schedule a limited amount of sessions per day/week, and we do not double book appointments.
If you are late for a session, your session will end at the scheduled end time, we will not go over due to you arriving late. We will wait for 15 minutes from the start of the scheduled session time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be canceled, and you will be charged the full session fee.
You may cancel your appointment via email or phone. We will respond to cancellations and reschedules during business hours—even if cancellations are received outside of business hours. As long as cancellations are time stamped and made within our policy, you will not be charged.
In rare instances, we may decide to waive a cancellation or no show fee, based upon emergent circumstances, but this is solely up to the practice’s discretion.
